Summary:
This role is ideal for an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager with a strong background in large-scale construction and life safety systems. You will oversee all aspects of fire alarm and related system installations, including air sampling, BDA, and auxiliary connections. The position requires leadership across project execution, subcontractor coordination, and client communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end fire alarm and life safety system projects, including scheduling and execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, and general contractors to ensure project success.
• Oversee design input, bill of materials, and procurement of equipment.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Communicate project status with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support estimating, change orders, and job costing activities.
• Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met.

Experience You’ll Need:

• 8–10 years of experience managing fire alarm or life safety system projects.
• Strong experience with large-scale, high-tech construction projects.
• Knowledge of VESDA, BDA systems, and auxiliary system integration.
• Experience with estimating, job costing, and project scheduling.
• Familiarity working with general contractors and subcontractor teams.
• NICET II certification ; OSHA 30 required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
