Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionThis project provides Program, Project, and Mission Support Services (PPMSS) supporting facilities planning, construction, sustainment, and real property management activities nationwide. The Project Manager will support project execution from initiation through closeout, ensuring effective acquisition support, funding management, facility operations coordination, risk management, construction oversight, and reporting in accordance with federal policies and systems of record such as SAP, SharePoint, and TRIRIGA .
Responsibilities:
- Provide Acquisition Support, including assistance with procurement planning, requirements documentation (SOW/PWS/PRD), market research, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), and analysis of alternatives
- Support Funding Management & Budget activities, including tracking funding actions, managing financial data in SAP, submitting Purchase Requisition Requests (PRRs), and updating project costs in TRIRIGA (or replacement systems)
- Support Facility Operations Management by monitoring maintenance activities, assisting in repair solution development, and ensuring compliance with permits and warranties
- Oversee every phase of facilities construction and alteration projects from initiation through closeout
- Develop and validate project requirements in coordination with end users and servicing agencies (e.g., USACE, GSA, FAA)
- Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, scope, budget, and performance metrics
- Conduct site visits and prepare construction progress reports, documenting alterations, construction quality, and adherence to specifications
- Support Quality Assurance planning and implementation, including performance metrics, risk mitigation, corrective actions, and monthly quality audits
- Conduct risk management activities throughout the project lifecycle, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and monthly reporting
- Prepare and manage configuration control documentation and track change requests
- Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained in systems of record including SharePoint, SAP, TRIRIGA, and WMS
- Support project closeout activities, including consolidation of as-builts, O&M manuals, equipment lists, and final documentation
- Develop reports and briefings for senior leadership and support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting requirements
