Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager JOC to join our growing team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects for our clients, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Desire to work on a variety of community-impacting initiatives such as flood control, paving, riprap, walk paths, and wash cleanouts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Identify project goals, objectives, and deliverables

- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors

- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion

- Manage project resources and allocate tasks accordingly

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

- Track and report project status to senior management

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards

- JOC Projects: Fast-paced, multi-scope contracts with government or institutional

- Work in both office and field environments, often outdoors in various weather conditions

- Exposure to dust, noise, machinery, and uneven terrain

- Identify and resolve any project issues or conflicts

- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management

- Strong experience managing JOC (Job Order Projects)

- Broad knowledge of infrastructure work including flood control, paving, riprap, walk paths, and wash cleanouts

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish

- Experience with asphalt work is a plus

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Proficient in project management software and tools

- PMP certification is a plus
