Job Title: Project Manager (Vendor-Focused IT Implementation)
Location: 100% Remote

Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing vendor execution against defined contract scope, schedule, deliverables, and quality standards. This role serves as the primary liaison between the system implementation vendor and the business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

The project involves the implementation of a custom case management system, along with the migration of legacy data into Microsoft Dynamics. The Project Manager will play a critical role in coordinating activities between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor performance against contract scope, schedule, deliverables, and quality expectations.
• Maintain a structured cadence for project status reporting, action item tracking, and escalation management.
• Identify project risks, performance issues, and dependencies, and drive corrective actions with the vendor.
• Facilitate coordination between system development teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery.
• Support end-to-end project execution, including system implementation and data migration from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings involving both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Produce weekly status reports, executive summaries, and maintain an integrated project schedule.
• Track decisions, actions, and deliverables to ensure accountability and progress transparency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with direct vendor oversight.
• Proven experience managing complex IT or software implementation projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects with budgets of $10,000 or greater, including responsibility for vendor performance across scope, schedule, quality, and deliverables.
• Strong vendor management experience in a structured project environment.
• Ability to independently manage integrated project schedules and deliver consistent reporting and documentation.
• Experience facilitating meetings with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Qualifications

• PMP certification .
• Agile certification .
• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics implementations is a plus.
