Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:

• Lead CMS Streamlined Modular Certification (SMC) for all modules requiring CMS Certification
• Prepare and manage SMC artifacts and documentation
• Oversee development of EVV communications for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with Department and PMO on certification strategies
• Assist with Support Center training evaluation and training needs assessment
• Evaluate Support Center inquiries and determine needed user training
• Coordinate with module vendors to ensure compliance with CMS requirements
• Develop and maintain IV&V reports documenting MMIS vendor adherence to requirements

This position is contingent upon successful contract award.

Requirements:

Required

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience leading a team responsible for creating training materials and directing training activities
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience with IV&V and CMS Certification processes
• Demonstrated experience planning and implementing IV&V and CMS Certification activities
• Strong experience working with diverse stakeholders and staff in IV&V and CMS Certification environments
• Knowledge of CMS Conditions and Standards and MITA framework
• Experience with Medicaid or Medicare systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Harrisburg, PA area as required

• Direct experience with state MMIS modernization projects
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania DHS systems and processes
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience with federal healthcare IT compliance requirements
