Project Manager - Industrial Electrical

Job Description

JOB DUTIES:

  • Provide communication with plant site project managers and engineers.
  • Manage, mentor, and provide oversight to electricians, foremen and temporary workers.
  • Streamline and contribute to the development of managerial processes to include setting and communicating milestones to plant personnel and upper management, managing material procurement and organization at project sites, and coordinating with accounting for project invoicing.
  • Contribute to hiring and performance evaluations of electricians.
  • Increase revenue through effective project performance and execution.
  • Must be willing to travel at least some of the time.


DESIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints and participating in bid proposals.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and proper documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Minimum of 2 years of electrical project management or similar experience.
  • Must always exhibit a professional appearance and nature.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Procore experience is .

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • MV and LV conduit installation and cable pull: 2 year (Required)
  • Industrial electrical project estimation and management: 2 year (Required)
  • installation of VFDs, switchgear and MCCs.: 2 year (Required)
