DEPARTMENT: Maintenance

REPORTING TO: Director of Maintenance, DACH

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid (3 days in office with travel to customer sites as required)

OFFICE LOCATION: Carl-Schurz-Str. 7, 41460 Neuss


What’s ‘In-Store’? – Role Overview

The IMAC Manager is responsible for the operational planning, coordination, and implementation of rollout and installation projects for our customers. In this role, they serve as the central point of contact (“Single Point of Contact”) for customers, internal departments, and external suppliers. They ensure that projects are carried out efficiently, with high quality, and in accordance with agreed service levels, while supporting the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.


Main Tasks and Areas of Responsibility

1. Project Execution and Reporting (45%)

  • Create and maintain project plans in coordination with suppliers
  • Manage IMAC projects operationally, including progress and deviation management
  • Prepare regular status reports
  • Support knowledge transfer after project completion
  • Maintain ongoing communication of project progress to customers and internal stakeholders

2. Customer Support and Communication (25%)

  • Work closely with Account Management and Service Delivery Management
  • Serve as the point of contact for project-related customer inquiries
  • Participate in project and status meetings with customers
  • Support the development of proposals and pricing calculations for IMAC projects
  • Assist the Account Manager in identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within managed projects

3. Supplier Coordination (20%)

  • Collaborate with the Director of Maintenance and Vendor Management
  • Coordinate operational tasks with suppliers
  • Organize and participate in project-related meetings with service providers
  • Support the resolution of issues between internal departments and suppliers

4. Team Support (10%)

  • Contribute to project resource planning in coordination with the Director of Maintenance
  • Support the onboarding of new project team members
  • Provide collegial assistance in daily project operations to ensure goal achievement
