Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and self-driven Project Manager II with strong Scrum Master expertise to lead agile project delivery and ensure smooth coordination across teams. This role requires someone who can independently manage agile ceremonies, project tracking tools, and resource planning processes while driving outcomes for critical initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Jira Align, facilitating team meetings, handling backlog management, and overseeing SNOW Resource Planning with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and PI planning

• Lead OL project meetings and POCs with minimal supervision

• Manage Jira Align for roadmap alignment and delivery visibility

• Maintain Jira boards to track team progress and ensure work transparency

• Own the Resource Demand Tracker and support ticket prioritization and backlog grooming

• Intake requests and translate them into clear, actionable user stories

• Manage and execute ServiceNow (SNOW) Resource Planning and project management processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, agile delivery, or Scrum Master roles

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools

• Proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, and ServiceNow

• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage agile workflows

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification

• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices

• Experience working in enterprise-scale, mission-critical environments
