Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEssential Functions: PAY RATE: ANNUALLY $50,000+ DOE
- Generate labels and COCs for laboratory work in preparation for field
- Track sample shipments with laboratories to ensure appropriate
- Review pricing, methodology, and sample counts with proposed scope
- Monitor laboratory performance in regard to report turnaround and significant quality
- Review and approve subcontract laboratory invoices,
- Prepare finalized report documentation, update project tracking
- Performs other job-related duties and projects as

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years administrative experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing laboratory
- Intermediate knowledge of methodology, commonly used approaches, and laboratory
- Intermediate knowledge of client requirements, including applicable permits, legal codes, and data use cases.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs, including Work, Excel, and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both with internal customers and external
- Professional behavior and
- Ability to be organized and attention to
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, follow up on pending issues, meet deadlines and work
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting. Sitting/Standing and possible light lifting.Physical Demands:

Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods and the use of hands to finger is common.
