Project Manager I – Signage Industry
Location: Knoxville, TN 37923 | Full-Time

Are you a master of coordination, a client whisperer, and a pro at keeping projects on time and on budget? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where branding meets manufacturing? Green Meadows Partners is assisting our client, a leader in custom signage solutions, in looking for a Project Manager to join their dynamic team!

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Point Person: Serve as the main communicator between customers, vendors, and internal teams. Deliver proactive, solution-oriented service every day.
• Lead & Collaborate: Work with Estimating, Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Subcontractors to drive projects forward—on time and on budget.
• Own the Details: Develop estimates, manage purchase orders, track financials in ERP (EPICOR), and generate accurate status updates and forecasts.
• Train & Grow: Participate in the company training program—and help mentor new hires alongside your Director/Program Manager.
• Champion Brand Standards: Learn and apply customer-specific branding requirements to ensure flawless implementation.
• Drive Results: Lead client update meetings, generate progress reports, and close out projects with invoices and collections.

What You Need To Bring:

• Education: 4-year degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: 3+ years in project management, manufacturing, or service environments—signage industry experience a huge plus!

        Skills:

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel a must); experience in EPICOR, Teams, or Smartsheet is a plus.
