Job Description

Project Manager (HVAC) South Midlands/Home Counties\n\nA leading company in the temperature control sector is seeking a field based Project Engineer to join their team.\n\nAs Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, management and coordination of cooling projects for the business. You will be based remotely and travel to relevant client locations in the South of the UK.\n\nYou will be responsible for;\n\n * Assist sales engineers to produce costings on installation projects\n\n * Participate in new projects to finalise design, scop and commercial aspects of new orders\n\n * Attend project handover with the sales engineer and client to confirm scope and timeline\n\n * Produce project plans for all projects\n\n * Coordinate equipment parts and subcontractors to ensure required timeframes are achieved\n\n * Managing installations and commissioning of industrial cooling systems and identify resources and responsibilities.\n\nYou will have;\n\n * You will have previous project management/project engineering experience\n\n * Experience in the mechanical engineering sector, HVAC or chillers are highly desirable but not essential\n\n * Good attention to detail and able to work well under pressure\n\n * Strong customer communication skills and dealing with clients face to face\n\nWhat they offer, salary circa £45,000 - £55,000 plus Company Car + Fuel and expenses. 25 days holiday, Pension and other benefits to include gym membership etc
