We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and project coordination. From job walks to pricing and overall project completion.

Responsibilities:

·         Oversee all aspects of construction (flooring specific) project from planning to implementation

·         Schedule personnel and other resources for assigned projects

·         Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

·         Communicate with vendors for pricing and other resource needs

·         Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

·         Previous experience in project management or related field

·         Strong leadership qualities

·         Deadline and detail-oriented

·         Strong work-ethic

·         A customer-service mindset/People skills
