This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established main contractor renowned for crafting bespoke, luxury residences across London and the Home Counties.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nYou’ll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of one-off, high-value residential projects — from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with clients, architects, and the commercial team, you’ll ensure every aspect of the build meets the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and precision.\n\nThis is a role for someone who thrives on detail, takes pride in excellence, and can confidently lead on-site operations to deliver truly stunning homes.\n\nYour key responsibilities will include:\n\n * \n\n Overseeing all phases of construction for high-end single-dwelling projects.\n\n * \n\n Leading site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve program and quality objectives.\n\n * \n\n Managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation.\n\n * \n\n Maintaining close communication with clients and design teams to ensure vision and expectations are met.\n\n * \n\n Upholding the company’s standards for health, safety, and environmental compliance.\n\n * \n\n Driving a culture of excellence, precision, and accountability on site.\n\nAbout You\n\nWe’re looking for a confident, organised, and client-focused professional who can deliver to exacting standards.
