PROJECT MANAGER – TRAVEL POSITION

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy leading large-scale projects from planning to execution?

MOCA Logistics is looking for a Project Manager to lead nationwide warehouse projects across the U.S. We partner primarily with Amazon and specialize in building warehouse operational spaces including racking systems, workstations, offices, and infrastructure installations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, leadership, problem-solving, and delivering projects successfully from start to finish.

What you'll do:

• Lead projects from planning through close-out
• Manage budgets, schedules, timelines, staffing, and resources
• Coordinate deliveries, equipment, materials, and workforce planning
• Lead on-site teams and maintain productivity and quality standards
• Build strong client relationships and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project KPIs and proactively identify risks
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
• Manage reporting, payroll approvals, expenses, and operational documentation

What we're looking for:

• Experience leading projects, operations, construction, logistics, or warehouse execution teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience with planning tools, reporting systems, and project execution
• Strong problem-solving mindset and sense of urgency
• Travel flexibility
