Project Manager – Seattle, WA (Relocation Opportunity)
Are you an experienced Project Manager in construction looking for your next challenge? We’re working with a well-established construction and renovation firm known for delivering quality projects and exceeding client expectations across the country.
About the Role
This position offers the chance to lead multiple construction projects in the Seattle area, managing everything from scheduling to budgeting and team coordination. You’ll serve as the key point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and your internal team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Typical projects vary in size and complexity, with individual job values ranging from $2,000 up to $500,000, and an annual project portfolio around $1.5 million. The focus will be on healthcare renovation projects, including work in occupied facilities.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience with a general contractor

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate subcontractors effectively

Experience with healthcare renovation in occupied facilities is a strong plus

Solid knowledge of healthcare codes and regulations

Skilled in detailed fixed-price estimating, using tools like RS Means or other industry-standard resources

Strong negotiation and resource management skills

Comfortable adapting to fast-paced, changing environments while maintaining integrity and teamwork

Proficient with construction technology such as Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam

Mentorship experience with junior team members is highly valued

Certifications like USACE Construction Quality Management, Healthcare Construction Certificate, or Certified Healthcare Constructor are a plus but not required

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities

Lead project budgeting, scheduling, and communication with all stakeholders

Develop and review scope of work based on site visits and client needs

Prepare detailed estimates and quantity take-offs

Manage subcontractor proposals, negotiations, and site coordination

Maintain project schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards

Support business development by maintaining client relationships and identifying growth opportunities

Travel between project sites within the Seattle area as needed
