Job Description

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in traditional build residential projects? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading residential developer delivering a flagship scheme in the heart of Henfield. You’ll be taking ownership of a large multi-unit housing development, managing the build from groundworks through to handover, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and delivery are maintained throughout.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day management of a multi-phase traditional housing development.
• Oversee site teams, trades, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery and adherence to programme.
• Maintain excellent relationships with internal departments, consultants, and local stakeholders.
• Drive a culture of quality, safety, and attention to detail across the site.
• Report progress, manage budgets, and deliver homes on time and to specification.

About You

• Proven track record delivering traditional build residential projects for a developer or main contractor.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate site teams.
• Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing, NHBC standards, and build quality processes.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications ().
