We take pride in our work as both a General Contractor and Subcontractor, specializing in self-performed underground utility installation, earthwork, and concrete. Pay Range:

$120,000 – $140,000/annually

*Based on experience and job stability demonstrated on resume*

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee underground utility projects from pre-construction through closeout. The right candidate is a self-starter with a deep understanding of

civil construction

and a strong ability to lead teams, manage project financials, and maintain client relationships.

Top Requirements:

3–5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role (civil construction)

Proven wet utility experience (sewer, water, storm drain, etc.)

Strong leadership skills and ability to self-manage and lead project teams

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of civil construction projects from budget through closeout

Coordinate schedules, procurement, and resource allocation

Track and manage budgets, costs, and WIP reporting

Monitor field progress to ensure safety and quality standards

Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation

Lead and mentor project engineers and support staff

Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues

Travel to project sites as required (travel expenses covered)
