Construction Project Manager - Heavy Civil
Join a fast-growing civil contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across roads, utilities, drainage, structures, tunnels, municipal, and TxDOT work. You'll lead multiple high-impact projects at once-ranging from $70M to $200M+-with strong field support and a superintendent dedicated to each site.
We're looking for a hands-on project manager who thrives in complex environments, communicates well with field and office teams, and brings a mindset of continuous improvement. If you're tenacious, calm under pressure, and ready to lead major civil projects, we want to meet you.
Each job has a dedicated superintendent; larger, more complex projects also include project controls and administrative support. Success here requires tenacity, respect for field teams, strong communication, and the mindset that there's always something to improve.
