Job DescriptionProject Manager required to work on Airport Projects (Construction)

As a Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of fit out projects from concept to completion, making a real impact on delivery and client satisfaction.

• Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards
• Act as the key client interface, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout
• Develop and manage detailed project programmes using tools like Microsoft Project
• Oversee site activity, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Drive high standards in quality control and snagging, ensuring smooth handovers
• Champion health & safety, ensuring full compliance across all sites
• Partner with commercial teams to manage project financials, variations, and contract requirements
• Inspire and manage project teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and high performance

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within fit out or construction
• Strong track record of delivering projects successfully from start to finish
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Confident in managing multiple teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Highly organised with strong planning and problem-solving ability
• Experience using project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)
• Solid understanding of health & safety and construction contracts
• Flexibility to travel nationwide and occasionally work outside standard hours
• Ability to obtain security clearance where required
