Project Manager - Healthcare or Light Industrial Construction

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout. Key responsibilities include:\n

• Lead project teams through planning, execution, and completion

• Develop scopes of work and manage procurement of subcontractors and materials

\n

• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking

\n

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client expectations

\n

• Facilitate coordination between design professionals, consultants, and field teams

\n

• Review and approve invoices, change orders, and cost tracking reports

\n

• Conduct regular project meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors

\n

• Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting

\n

• Support business development and client relationship management

\n

• Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality delivery

A successful Project Manager should have:\n

• 6+ years of experience in Healthcare / Hospital or Light Industrial construction project management

\n

• Proven success managing large scale healthcare or light industrial projects

\n

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordination

\n

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

\n

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office

\n

• OSHA certification and additional training a plus

\n
