Project Manager – Healthcare Construction - Indiana GC

Compensation: $100k to $120k salary + car allowance + bonuses + low cost healthcare benefits + 401k match

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee key Healthcare construction projects around Indianapolis from planning through closeout. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, teams, and subcontractors while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation
• Track and resolve issues related to cost, quality, and performance
• Communicate with clients and ensure project satisfaction
• Lead project planning meetings and maintain documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Support estimating, procurement, and subcontractor management
• Complete closeout and turnover requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with construction software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of contract terms, construction standards, and scheduling
