Position: Architectural Project Manager – Healthcare

Location: Los Angeles / Santa Monica, California

Work Schedule: Hybrid

A well-established architecture and engineering firm is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager. This is an opportunity to lead healthcare projects in California

Responsibilities:

• Manage large architectural healthcare design projects from conception through construction
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and QA/QC standards
• Ensure regulatory compliance and healthcare design best practices
• Contribute to technical aspects of projects not just overseeing them
• Provide technical guidance to junior professionals

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's preferable)
• 7+ years practical architecture experience including healthcare projects
• Experience with OSHPD / HCAI or similar healthcare compliance
• Proficiency in Revit and project management software
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
