• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.

• Drive accountability among team members and stakeholders to meet project deliverables.

• Prepare regular status reports and updates for leadership and stakeholders.

• Facilitate meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment across teams.

• Ensure resources are allocated effectively and adjust plans as needed to meet project objectives.

• Promote continuous improvement and process optimization throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience in project management within a detail-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks during project execution.
• Proficiency in creating detailed project plans and status reports.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with process improvement and optimization techniques.
