Serving Rankin, Hinds, and Madison County, the company specializes in water mitigation, fire and smoke damage cleanup, structural drying, and emergency board-up services. Paul Davis Restoration is dedicated to providing prompt, high-quality restoration services to help clients recover from unexpected disasters.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Flowood, MS. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Daily tasks include hiring tradesmen, managing project logistics, coordinating schedules, inspecting work progress, expediting processes, and maintaining clear communication with team members and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, including oversight and coordination of project life cycles
• Skills in Expediting and Expeditor-related activities to ensure timely progress and delivery
• Experience in conducting Inspections to maintain quality and compliance standards
• Skills in Logistics Management for organizing and optimizing resources effectively
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Flowood, MS, with flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations
• Experience in the restoration or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field is
• Must have an established book of quality subcontractors
