Job Description

\n

The Project Manager will lead the planning and overall management of ground-up projects in the greater Phoenix area, delivering them on time and within budget across one or more sectors, from multifamily to commercial, industrial, higher education, and data center or mission-critical work.

Select Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Manage ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout, on schedule and on budget
  • \n

  • Develop scopes of work, perform buyout, and negotiate subcontracts
  • \n

  • Control the project budget, and manage pay applications and change order requests
  • \n

  • Review RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
  • \n

  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
  • \n

  • Partner with the Superintendent on overall field performance
  • \n

  • Mentor assistant project managers and project engineers
  • \n

Ideal Candidate

\n

    \n
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager on ground-up projects
  • \n

  • Ground-up experience in one or more of the following: multifamily, commercial, industrial, higher education, or data center and mission-critical projects
  • \n

  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office; bachelor's degree in a construction-related field
  • \n
