Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Ground Up Construction to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assisted living, multifamily, healthcare, and hospital construction, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ground up construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards throughout the construction process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience with assisted living, multifamily, healthcare, and hospital projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, design build, and project delivery methods.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
