Position Summary
The Project Manager/GRC SAI360 is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology and process improvement initiatives related to the PACI (Process Automation and Compliance Integration) and SAI360 platforms. This role will oversee all phases of project implementation from requirements gathering and system configuration to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate has proven experience managing projects in highly regulated environments and possesses a deep functional and technical understanding of SAI360 (Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for PACI/SAI360 initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and communication plans.
- Coordinate system configuration, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize PACI/SAI360 usage and enhance organizational compliance and risk management capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level updates, project documentation, and performance reports.
- Ensure all projects adhere to established governance, compliance, and change management frameworks.
- Support post-implementation activities including system enhancements, training, and user support.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, including hands-on delivery of technology or compliance-related initiatives.
- Proven experience with PACI and SAI360 platforms (implementation, configuration, or program oversight).
- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes and workflows.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, energy).
- Familiarity with data integration tools and system reporting functions related to SAI360.
