Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummaryWe are currently representing a rapidly growing construction firm seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of projects while maintaining strong coordination among all stakeholders. The opportunity offers long-term stability, growth potential, and a supportive project team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction operations from start to finish

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones

  • Monitor budgets, change orders, and cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to drive project progress

  • Lead daily site walks and weekly tailgate meetings to uphold safety and quality expectations

  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Manager or related construction leadership role

  • Proven track record with multifamily construction projects

  • Proficient in construction software platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a solution-focused mindset

  • Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, document control, and stakeholder coordination
