Job Title: Full Cycle Project Manager

Our team is currently seeking a Filed Project Manager who will assist throughout the preconstruction process by researching market/project leads, general contractor outreach, estimating, maintaining CRM data accuracy, reporting, and creating presentations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Extensive Experience in managing projects ranging from $150,000 to $5,000,000 +
- Extensive knowledge of flexible and rigid pavements
- Extensive knowledge of HFST overlays and silane treatments.
- Take project handoff from Estimator
- Communicate with the Estimator and BDM team to understand what the project expectations are.
- Project setup, contact DOT to set up pre-con, schedule of operations, subcontractor scheduling, yard location, disposal location
- Managing daily activities on construction projects.
- Managing cost control on projects
- Reviewing reports from the field staff on a regular basis to ensure that they are performing their jobs effectively.
- Inputting daily data from projects into cost sheets
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting and review of work in progress with management
- Managing subcontractors on construction projects.
- Manage conflict resolution if they occur on projects.
- Maintaining contact with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the service they are receiving from the company.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Flexibility and adaptability to remain effective under pressure, adapting to changes, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to read and interpret reports, procedural manuals, and engineering drawings.
- Ability to write routine correspondence.
Education and Experience:
- A four-year degree in Construction Management or a combination of education and at least four years of relevant field project management experience will be considered.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
May be exposed to high-noise environments during certain project phases.
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required when on job sites.
The ability to walk and stand for extended periods while on active job sites.
May be required to kneel, crouch, or bend to access work areas or perform inspections.
Work Schedule:
This is a field-based position that requires travel approximately 75% of the year.
The primary office location is in Fort Worth, TX.
