Mechanical Contracts Manager – Data Centre Project (Frankfurt)

€120,000 + full package | 10/4 Rotation | Family Relocation Options Available

Blue Fox is partnering with a leading international contractor to appoint a Mechanical Contracts Manager for a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. This is a key leadership role overseeing the full delivery of a €40m mechanical package on a new-build mission-critical site.

The Role

As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be the mechanical lead on-site, driving delivery across all phases of the project. You will own the mechanical scope end-to-end—ensuring quality, programme, commercial performance, and client satisfaction are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical delivery of a €40m package on a large-scale data centre project.
• Manage onsite mechanical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of mechanical works.
• Ensure all installations comply with project specifications, industry standards, and H&S requirements.
• Work closely with the Project Director and multidisciplinary teams to meet programme milestones.
• Deliver strong commercial oversight: variations, forecasting, and progress reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, consultants, and wider project stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or Mechanical Package Lead on large-scale construction or mission-critical projects.
• Strong technical grounding across HVAC, piping, and mechanical services.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-specification environment.
• Experience within data centres or similar critical infrastructure highly advantageous.
• Driven, organised, and capable of overseeing complex packages from start to finish onsite.
