Duration: 6 months, contract-to-hire
Compensation Range: $50-67/hr on W2 ONLY!

Job Description:
Lead the coordination of two key digital transformation workstreams focused on customer-facing applications and internal asset management systems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage Online Design Studio and Product Information Management (PIM) system projects

• Partner with leads to ensure progress, alignment, and delivery

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, design, IT)

• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Maintain project governance without overcomplication

• Ensure readiness for the October 20th program rollout

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • Experience managing enterprise-level, customer-facing web applications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, lightly documented environments

  • Strong PM fundamentals: planning, tracking, risk/issue management

  • Cross-functional leadership across marketing, IT, product, and creative

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of PIM/DAM systems (e.g., SiteCore)

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Azure DevOps, or Workfront

  • Exposure to generative AI for creative workflows

  • Experience in Fortune 500 or similar enterprise environments

  • PMP certification
