Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager\n\nLocation: Newcastle (Trinity Accommodation Project)\n Employer: Sodexo\n Contract Type: 3 to 6 months contract - perm could be possible\n\nJob Purpose\n\nThe Project Manager will lead the delivery of the Trinity Accommodation project, ensuring successful completion on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining Sodexo's standards for quality, safety, and compliance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProject Leadership:\n\nManage the Trinity Accommodation project from inception to completion.\nDefine project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.\nPlanning & Execution:\n\nDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.\nAllocate resources effectively and monitor progress against milestones.\nStakeholder Management:\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.\nProvide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency.\nRisk & Compliance:\n\nIdentify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.\nTeam Coordination:\n\nLead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.\nOversee subcontractor performance and manage supplier relationships.\n\nEssential Skills & Experience\n\nDegree-level education (Construction, Engineering, or related discipline) - ideally.\nMinimum 3 years' experience managing construction or accommodation projects up to £1m.\nStrong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Excel, Prince2).\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nExperience working with government or large-scale accommodation contracts is advantageous.If you wish to find out more please do contact Becky Coxon on \n\nGuidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
