Ogden's Flooring & Design is looking for an enthusiastic go getter to join our Sales team! We have a great team of professionals that help find solutions to our customers needs! We strive to make this the best working environment and sales setting that anyone has experienced! Management is very laid back, willing to train and available to answer any questions you may have! As a Salesperson you will be trained in Carpet, Laminate, Counter-tops, Tile, Hardwood, Luxury Vinyl, Sheet Vinyl, and More! There is always upward mobility available to those applicants who have the necessary ambitious work ethic and desires. We offer health benefits, IRA Match up to 4% of income, Phone bill reimbursement, Fuel reimbursement for measured sales and the list is growing! As a Salesperson you should be able to make anywhere from 65k+ with some of our best sales people exceeding 85k+. The applicant we are looking for will be self motivated, enthusiastic, and have the ability to deliver a high level of customer service!

Responsibilities

As a salesperson you will be expected to assist the customer in finding the right flooring for the application Assist in organization, cleaning, and pricing of displays of the showroom Ability to do in home estimates at various times throughout the day (will need reliable means of transportation)

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 20 lbs (samples)
• Enthusiastic Personality
• Professional Work Ethic and Dress
• Reliable means of Transportation to be able to drive to and from customers homes to measure and look at solutions,
• Ambitious attitude
• Computer skills and math skills (Spreadsheets and invoicing)
• Sales Experience
• Customer Service experience
