️ Project Manager – Retail Fit-Out\n\n UK-Wide ( Travel Required)\n £75,000 + Package\n Permanent | Full-Time\n\nAre you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in retail fit-out? Have you successfully delivered projects for Marks & Spencer or similar retailers?\n\nWe’re looking for a confident, organised, and driven Project Manager to take the lead on high-spec fit-out projects across the UK. You’ll play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and delivering complex refurbishments and fast-track programmes in live retail environments.\n\n Your Responsibilities\n\n * Full project ownership from pre-start to completion\n\n * Lead site and project teams to ensure programme, quality, and safety standards are met\n\n * Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams\n\n * Manage project schedules, cost plans, and procurement in line with delivery targets\n\n * Ensure H&S compliance and client satisfaction throughout all phases\n\n * Report regularly on project progress to senior management and stakeholders\n\n✅ Candidate Requirements\n\nWe’re looking for someone with:\n\n * ✔️ Demonstrable experience in retail fit-out (ideally Marks & Spencer or similar high-street retailers)\n\n * ✔️ Strong leadership and organisational skills\n\n * ✔️ Able to manage multiple sites or fast-track programmes across the UK\n\n * ✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\n\n * ✔️ Background in live environment projects is essential\n\nCertifications Required:\n\n * ✅ SMSTS\n\n * ✅ Black CSCS Card\n\n * ✅ First Aid at Work (3-day)\n\n * ✅ Duty to Manage Asbestos\n\n * ✅ Fire Marshall / Fire Warden\n\n * ✅ NVQ Level 6 (or higher) in Construction Management\n\n What’s on Offer\n\n * £75,000 salary\n\n * Comprehensive package (car allowance, pension, travel expenses, accommodation for work)\n\n * Opportunity to work with a top-tier contractor on high-profile retail projects\n\n * Clear route for progression into senior management or programme leadership roles\n\n * Join a forward-thinking, delivery-focused team with a strong pipeline of secured work\n\n Apply today for a confidential discussion, or get in touch to learn more.\n Know someone great for this role?
