Project Manager (Fire Protection)\n\n£60k/annum\n\nLondon\n\nOur client are a leading provider of fire protection services, specialising in fire compartmentation solutions for commercial and residential projects. With a strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction, they are expanding the team and seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of fire protection systems on major projects.\n\nRole Overview:\n\nAs a Fire Protection Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of passive fire protection and firestopping installations across a variety of projects. This includes ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, managing budgets, timelines, and teams, and liaising with clients and subcontractors to guarantee project success from inception to completion.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProject Management: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of firestopping and passive fire protection projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.\n\nCoordination: Oversee and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.\n\nCompliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant fire safety standards, building codes, and regulations.\n\nQuality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and ensure work is carried out in accordance with industry best practices and company standards.\n\nHealth & Safety: Maintain a strong focus on health and safety practices, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.\n\nReporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and senior management on progress, budget, and any potential issues.\n\nProblem-Solving: Proactively address any challenges or delays that may arise during the project life cycle.\n\nBudget Management: Control project costs, track expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nProven experience as a Project Manager in the fire protection industry\n\nIn-depth knowledge of relevant fire safety regulations and building codes\n\nStrong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.\n\nAbility to manage budgets and timelines effectively.\n\nRelevant industry qualifications (e.g NVQ2 Passive Fire Protection, FIRAS/BM-Trada, NEBOSH, FDIS, or equivalent) would be advantageous.\n\nA proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.\n\nFull UK driving license (or equivalent) is essential.\n\nWhat's on offer?\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\n\nOpportunities for professional development and career progression\n\nDynamic and supportive team environment\n\nFlexible working options available\n\nIf you feel you meet the criteria above, we'd love to hear from you!\n\nDCS Recruitment and all associated companies are committed to creating a working environment where is celebrated and everyone is treated fairly, regardless of , , , , or belief, , marital or transgender status, , or
