Job DescriptionWho we are, and what we are looking for:Fire Alarm Project Manager (High-Rise / Multi-Unit Residential)Are you an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager with a strong technical background and a proven track record delivering large-scale residential developments?We are a well-established, family-run business and a recognised leader in delivering Fire, Security, Reception, and Data system solutions across high-rise new build and refurbishment projects throughout London and the South East.Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Project Manager who has worked their way up through the ranks, from hands-on Engineer through to Senior Engineer / Supervisor, and is confident managing complex, multi-unit developmentsWhats on OfferUp to £60,000 + £6000 pa car allowance, phone, laptopCompany health insurance20 days holiday + birthday + bank holidays (rising to 25 days)Long-term opportunity within a stable, growing businessSupportive, close-knit working environmentThe Role of our Project Manager:You will take ownership of multiple fire alarm installation projects, typically across new build housing developments and high-rise residential schemes, including refurbishment projects involving multiple blocks (100+ units per block).This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role requiring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager role:Manage multiple fire alarm installation projects from start to completionLead site teams, subcontractors, and coordinate with clients and consultantsEnsure projects aredelivered on time, within budget, and to specificationOversee RAMS, procurement, labour planning, and subcontractor managementMonitor project financials including P&L, variations, and forecastingEnsure full compliance with H&S and regulatory standards in live environments to BS5839 2025Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholdersIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesEssential Experience & RequirementsProven career progression from Fire Alarm Engineer -Senior Engineer - Supervisor / ManagerStrong experience delivering multi-unit residential projects(not one-off builds)Experience working on high-rise developments and/or large-scale refurbishmentsDemonstrable experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (£1m+ values)Solid technical knowledge of fire alarm systems (design, install, commissioning)Previous responsibility of ensuring compliance and full H & S to BS5839Qualifications:SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)FIA-recognised qualifications (or equivalent)Valid ECS/CSCS cardDesirableExperience on complex refurbishment projects (e.g. multi-block residential sites)Commercial awareness with strong financial/project reporting experienceIf this Project Manager role sounds like you, please click apply below - we look forward to hearing from you soon.TPBN1_UKTJ
