Location: Southern California | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: $120,000-$145,000/year + Bonuses

Fire Testing Solutions (FTS) is a fast-growing fire alarm construction and service company looking to double in size. We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager who is ready to take ownership, build and lead their own team, and help us scale.

Job Description:

Manage multiple fire alarm construction projects from planning to closeout

Hire, train, schedule and lead a team of technicians

Collaborating with the executive team on company growth strategy and process improvement

Interface with general contractors, AHJs, and inspectors to ensure code compliance and client satisfaction

Ensure profitability by reviewing bids, scopes, and forecasts

Oversee scheduling, budgets, safety, and quality control

Drive operational excellence and streamline workflows between sales, engineering, and field operations

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have

• Experience in the Fire Alarm Industry as a Project Manager - Required
• Proven ability to hire and lead high-performing teams in the fire alarm industry
• Certifications such as NICET, CSPM, or manufacturer credentials (Autocall, EST, etc.)
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in the Fire Alarm or Low Voltage Industry -
• A track record of improving margins above booked margins, meeting deadlines, and delighting customers -
