This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to oversee facilities management projects within the not-for-profit sector. Based in Warwick, the position requires a professional who can deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.\n\nClient Details\n\nAn excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to work client side for a reputable privately owned education provider. You will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of modernisation projects to a UK wide portfolio of 25 properties.\n\nDescription\n\nAs the Modernisation Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving and delivering the Campus Modernisation Programme across the UK region.\n\nReporting directly into the Modernisation Programme Manager, you will display good management and leadership skills, be qualified and have a strong background in project delivery of high value multi disciplined CAT A and B fit outs.\n\nYou integrate all mechanical, electrical and building services asset data and equipment to drive initiatives from the initial concept and design stage through to operational handover, having responsibility for the strategic technical planning and management of all critical building assets, lifecycles and compliance.\n\nEmbracing a collaborative environment you will lead regular project meetings, delivering a clear and consistent message of project delivery, objectives and behaviours aligned to the business culture.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities\n\nYou will manage the delivery of all daily tasks and activities ensuring all project requirements are met within agreed timescales, budget and quality of service & standard.\nYou will ensure that the project management system has accurate and comprehensive records that are aligned to processes, lifecycle, regulations, governance and quality assurance.\nProvide effective cost control by monitoring spends against allocations, offering monthly insights for efficiencies, risks and variations.\nMeasure, manage and report supplier performance against agreed contractual agreements and design to ensure effective, safe and compliant delivery throughout the project.\nHold weekly project meetings, producing high level progress reports and status.

\nMaintain regular and effective communication with site colleagues, support functions and senior stakeholders\nEnsure the Health & Safety management system and processes are fully compliant throughout the term of the project and at the forefront of all decision making. Profile\n\nMinimum of 5 years of project managing and delivering multidisciplinary construction fit out projects and new builds ideally within the education or retail sectors\nMinimum of 5 years' experience within a Mechanical Engineering or Electrical project manager role.\nExcellent understanding of M&E design\nManaging projects through construction software.\nGood understanding of project methodologies, scheduling and phased acceptance.\nGood understanding of tender processes.\nUnderstanding of Department of Education frameworks, compliance and requirements for inspection readiness.\nUnderstanding of JCT D&B contracts.Job Offer\n\nCompetitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.\nCompany car and performance-based bonus.\nFixed-term contract with potential for extension or progression.\n25 days holiday\nCompany pension contribution\nOpportunity to work within a respected not-for-profit organisation in Warwick.If you are ready to take on this rewarding challenge in the not-for-profit industry, we encourage you to apply today
