Experience in the painting trades a plus, but construction experience is required. As our Field Supervisor, your Key Result Areas will be:

• Review Work Orders to Confirm Job Details with Operations Admin & Crew Leaders.
• Assign the right crews to the right jobs.
• Assist crew leaders with equipment or materials necessary for job completion.
• Work with shop manager on proper inventory needed for upcoming jobs.
• Strategizing with crew leaders on effective job.
• Enforce safety on job sites
• Assist Crew leaders in identifying additional work orders.
• Making sure crews are meeting productivity goals.
• Make Sure Customer's Are Happy with the Job Progress and Final Product.

Qualified Candidates have/can:

• Current management and leadership experience running a team
• Excellent Communication Skills and Proper Grammar/Spelling
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail
• A valid driver's license.
• Pass background check.
• Spanish Speaking is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
