With a portfolio that spans commercial, federal, higher education, and healthcare projects, this GC is known for delivering complex, ground-up work with excellence, integrity, and long-term client relationships.

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of projects ranging from $15M to $60M+, ensuring execution is on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations. This is a great opportunity for a driven PM who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 8–10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry
• Proven track record managing ground-up projects between $15M–$60M+
• Strong background in at least one of the following sectors:
• Federal - Army Core Of Engineers
• Commercial
• Higher Education
• Healthcare
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractor relationships, and safety compliance from start to finish
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools
