About the Role



We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality fit-out projects within the Food & Beverage sector. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from initial client brief through to handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver multiple F&B fit-out projects across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.



*



Lead the project team through design, procurement, construction, and handover stages.



*



Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, budgets, and resource plans.



*



Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, quality control, and contractual obligations.



*



Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, producing clear and concise reports for stakeholders.



*



Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontract services in line with project timelines and budgets.



*



Mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to avoid delays or overspend.



*



Ensure that all fit-out works reflect brand standards, operational requirements, and client expectations.



Skills & Experience Required



*



Proven track record delivering fit-out projects in the Food & Beverage sector (restaurants, cafés, bars, commercial kitchens, etc.).



*



Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, building regulations, and H&S compliance.



*



Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.



*



Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.



*



Competent in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and Microsoft Office suite.



*



Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.



Qualifications



*



Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field ().



*



SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certification (advantageous).
