Requirements:

• Seeking a Project Manager, Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor that have managed contract skilled laborers for Facilities upgrades and improvements for industrial or commercial projects.
• This is a four day work week Monday - Thursday and off Friday through Sunday.

Duties:

• Will be the Project Manager for facilities and grounds .
• Upgrades or improvements at the industrial plant site.
• Justify, plan and execute these projects.
• Identify and communicate facility maintenance needs.
• Will oversee all contractors for these services.
