As part of this expansion, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-value façade schemes, working closely with the Contracts Manager and wider delivery team.\n\nThe Role\n\nThe Project Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of façade remediation and recladding schemes, typically valued between £5m and £15m.

They will report to the Contracts Manager and lead the delivery team on-site from pre-construction through to handover.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n * \n\n Full project management of façade/cladding remediation works\n\n * \n\n Developing and managing detailed programmes using Asta Powerproject\n\n * \n\n Coordinating site activities, subcontractors, and logistics\n\n * \n\n Managing health & safety, quality control, and compliance with BSR regulations\n\n * \n\n Working closely with commercial, design, and planning teams\n\n * \n\n Leading site progress meetings and reporting to Contracts Manager and senior leadership\n\n * \n\n Maintaining excellent communication with clients, consultants, and the supply chain\n\nThe Candidate\n\nThis role is ideal for a driven and experienced Project Manager from a main contracting background with a strong track record in façade remediation or recladding projects.
