Project Manager – Façade Installation\nLocation: Based anywhere in the North of England (must be happy to travel to Scotland regularly and to Stockport once a month)\nStart Date: April (ideal onboarding timeframe 6–8 weeks)\nSalary: £50,000 – £60,000 + negotiable package (depending on experience)\nProject Value: £10m\n\nThe Role:\nWe are seeking a well-rounded Project Manager with strong façade installation experience to take responsibility for delivering a £10m project in Ardrossan, Scotland. The role is site-based and requires proven ability to manage complex construction packages, coordinate stakeholders, and drive project delivery to programme, quality, and budget.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven track record as a Project Manager on large construction projects (£10m+).\n\n * \n\n Experience in façade installation is essential.\n\n * \n\n Strong leadership and site management skills.\n\n * \n\n Willingness to travel to Scotland (site-based role) and attend Stockport office monthly
