Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Facade/Cladding\n\nThe Company\n\nMy client are a Leading External Envelope Contractor delivering high-quality construction projects ranging from £1 million to £20 million across the UK.\n\nWorks include Cladding, Curtain Wall, Roofing and Glazing.\n\nWith a strong reputation for excellence, innovation and a family-first culture, they are proud of their rapid growth and the dedicated team that drives their success.\n\nThe Role - Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Facade/Cladding\n\nLocation: Current site based projects in Birmingham, Leeds & Nottingham\n\nYou will take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover. Being the central point of contact for clients, consultants and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.\n\n * Develop, manage and track master programmes and lookahead schedules\n\n * Oversee compliance with health and safety legislation and ensure company procedures are followed across all project phases\n\n * Ensure all project outputs meet design intent, technical requirements, and client specifications\n\n * Manage and mentor Site Managers and Supervisors, ensuring their professional development.\n\n * Align workforce requirements with the construction programme and procurement schedules\n\n * Work with with the design team to address site-specific challenges and ensure seamless integration of design and construction\n\n*Extensive construction project management within the facade industry is essential for this role*\n\nProject Manager / Senior Project Manager - Facade/Cladding
