Location: Princeton, NJ (hybrid 2 days on site)
Pay Rate: $48-$53 per hour DOE

Leading pharmaceutical company located in Princeton, NJ is in need of a Project Manager (Medical Affairs) to join the team.

The Project Manager, Global Medical Affairs will support the Senior Project Manager, Global Medical Affairs and provide operational leadership across three therapeutic areas. This role will coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional activities, manage timelines and deliverables, ensure compliance, and enable smooth execution of Global Medical Affairs plans.

Duties:

  • Support the planning and execution of global Medical Affairs initiatives
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and trackers, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery of milestones.
  • Coordinate with regional Medical Affairs teams to support the localization and implementation of global programs.
  • Partner with Finance to manage budgets, monitor spend, and ensure timely processing of contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Apply project management best practices to streamline processes, identify efficiencies, and support continuous improvement across the portfolios.
  • Track KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics to assess impact and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support the integration of global medical insights into strategic planning and key medical deliverables.
  • Serve as a liaison between global, regional, and local teams to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with vendors, alliance partners, and internal stakeholders to support execution of critical programs.
  • Support governance, meeting cadence, and documentation for Medical Affairs initiatives including advisory boards, internal trainings, and strategic workshops.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field required
  • 2+ years of executive project management experience
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and global/regional projects.
