Job Description
An award-winning multidisciplinary construction consultancy are searching for an experienced, client-facing MRICS Project Manager to join their project management team based near Camden Town.\n\nThe MRICS Project Manager will bring experience of leading teams and delivering the full lifecycle of cladding remediation works within the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sector. \n\nThe Company that the MRICS Project Manager will join: \n\nThe MRICS Project Manager will be joining a well-respected practise that have a strong reputation for delivering schemes in a variety of sectors. The MRICS Project Manager will be working closely alongside a project director, 4x associate directors, 3x senior project managers and a wider team of project managers, commercial managers and building surveyors.\n\nThe MRICS Project Manager needs to be a confident, client facing individual that has a strong ability at leading teams and supporting junior members.\n\nThe MRICS Project Manager Role:\n\nThe MRICS Project Manager will play an important role at delivering the full lifecycle of cladding remediation works within the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors.
The MRICS Project Manager will be delivering schemes with contract values ranging from £5m-£45m and the Project Manager needs to be confident working under the JCT Contract.\n\nAs an MRICS Project Manager, you will also be responsible for continuing to grow existing relationships with existing and new clients and stakeholders to ensure they're satisfied with the progress made on their projects.\n\nYou will be responsible for:\n\nWorking closely with the Project Management team to drive schemes forward to Completion\nMaintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders and other external parties\nSupport the Senior Project Managers with any challenges faced during project lifecycles\nReport to Project Director on a weekly basis with project progress\nAbility to run projects simultaneously\nAttend weekly meetings with clients to discuss project progress\nEnsure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsThe MRICS Project Manager Requirements:\n\nExperience working for a UK construction consultancy\nExperienced delivering cladding remediation works\nMRICS chartered or working towards it\nA relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry would be ideal\nAbility to manage Schemes simultaneously\nStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered:\n\n£55,000-£65,000 per annum salary package\n25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays\nBirthday off\nHybrid approach available\nTravel to site expensed\nCompetitive bonus structure\n9% pension contribution\nGreat company culture\nQuarterly company social eventsIf you are an MRICS Project Manager looking for an exciting move like this, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.\n\n(phone number removed) - (phone number removed)\n\nReference - LB(phone number removed)
