From custom gates, railings and stairs to unique restoration projects and commercial steel installs, we take pride in delivering quality work and fast repairs with a high level of detail and professionalism.
We’re looking for a Hybrid Project Manager/Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the metal trades, and can confidently manage projects from bid to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimate labor, material, and equipment costs for fabrication and installation projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Prepare and submit detailed bids and proposals
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from pre-construction through completion
- Coordinate scheduling with shop and field crews
- Communicate with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to assess project scope and jobsite conditions
- Track project budgets, changes, and material orders
- Oversee quality control, timelines, and deliverables
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in welding/fabrication industry required (ornamental, architectural, or structural steel minumum of three years)
- 3+ years' experience in estimating and/or project management
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and specs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of fabrication processes and materials (steel, stainless, aluminum)
- Familiar with construction site protocols and safety
- Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office, estimating software, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with AutoCAD or shop drawing software
- Background in field installation or shop welding/fabrication
- Existing relationships with vendors or GCs in the area

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000
