Job Summary

We’re hiring a Project Manager/Estimator to oversee commercial door, frame, and hardware projects from start to finish. This role blends technical estimating with hands-on project coordination and client communication. If you’re detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed proposals for commercial doors, frame, and hardware projects
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and addenda to ensure project compliance
• Coordinate procurement, scheduling, and delivery of materials and labor
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, vendors, and clients
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes for competitive bidding
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Monitor project progress and address client inquiries or changes
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams on budgets, billing, and closeouts

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial door, frame, and hardware estimating or related construction field
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office
• Strong blueprint reading and specification analysis skills
• Familiarity with building codes and industry standards
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Detention doors and frames but not required
