Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This position requires strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and proficiency in various construction management software.Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project estimates based on architectural drawings, specifications, and other relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers to create project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera for project tracking and reporting.
• Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to prepare detailed cost breakdowns.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather necessary data for accurate estimates.
• Review contracts and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates, revisions, and related documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members throughout the estimating process.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field is essential.
• Familiarity with construction management software including Bluebeam, ProCore, and Primavera is .
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders in the construction process.
